Is your packaging eco friendly?

We use a mixture of recycled cardboard and tissue paper to package our orders. We generally use paper parcel tape but very occasionally may use normal parcel tape but only when it is required due to the weight of the parcel as it is stronger than the paper tape we use.

Which delivery method do you use?

We offer three delivery method options;

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Day Delivery Aim)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Two Day Delivery Aim)
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery Guarantee by 1pm)

Please note delivery timescales above are in addition to our processing time required to print your order. Our processing time is 1-3 working days.

How long will it take to get my order?

This will depend on the delivery method chosen during checkout. Our processing time is 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated during checkout. The delivery timescales are then on top of this.

As an example using the slowest delivery method we offer (Royal Mail 48 Tracked) plus a 3 working day dispatch time (we usually dispatch faster than this), you should expect to receive your order within five working days.

Our delivery costs are based on order value:

Why do you have a processing time and what is it?

We print to order which means when we receive an order we make it before sending it to you. This enables us to ensure we have no waste and are able to offer a wider range of products and designs.

Rest assured we work very hard to dispatch your orders as fast as possible.

I've made a mistake with my delivery address can you change it?

Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address once your order has left us and is in flight. If you have made a mistake with your delivery address please email us asap on support@wildheartfreespirit.co.uk quoting your order number and if your order hasn't already been processed then we will do everything we can to ensure it reaches you on the correct address.

If your order has already been sent then we can only reroute it to you if it is returned to us. All orders have a return address on the postage label. Additional postage costs will be liable by yourself.

Our Products

Are your watercolour designs hand painted?

No our watercolour designs are digitally created using innovative design methods and are professionally printed using sublimation onto the products.

Are your mugs suitable for dishwasher use?

We sell two different types of mugs. Our ceramic mugs are suitable for dishwasher use. Our enamel mugs we recommend are hand wash only.

Are your fabric products washable?

Sure are. We use a printing method called sublimation printing. It means the ink is actually sublimated into the fabric. No vinyl transfers here.

About Us

Where are you based?

We are based just north of Shrewsbury in Shropshire in the UK. We design everything in house and print your orders ourselves. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards. We only send out products that we are satisfied with ourselves.

All orders are dispatched directly from us in Shropshire via Royal Mail.

Do you supply wholesale?
